          ATV Poker Run

Rules & General Information

1.        Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages to be
consumed before or  during the ride.

2.        All state and local traffic laws will be
abided by. Local law enforcement will be
participating.                                    

3.        No rider/ATV game playing on the ride.
Such as rider “tag”.

4.        No racing of any kind.

5.        No traveling on State highways. You
may cross a state highway at right angles to
continue travel on county roads.

6.        No riding on or cutting across private
property unless specifically marked. This
includes farm fields and wooded areas.

7.        Helmets are not required but, strongly
recommended.

8.        All riders under 16 will be required to
wear a helmet and accompanied by a
responsible adult.

9.        All riders and passengers must sign a
wavier at check in.

10.        If riding double, passengers who pay
entry fee will be allowed to draw cards.

11.        Fuel will not be provided. Bring extra
with you.

12.        Only ATVs and UTVs will be allowed to
participate. No motorcycles, go-carts, or
converted golf carts.

13.        All participants must complete the ride
by 4:00 pm

14.        Assistance will be provided to any
participant who would have a breakdown
during the ride.

15.        Participants will be allowed to “buy”
extra cards at the end of the ride to attempt
to improve their hand. Maximum of 2 cards,
$1 each.

16.        Tie hands will draw single cards for
high card wins.

17.        Prizes will be awarded for special
cards collected during the ride.

18.        Must be insured or show proof of
financial responsibility if asked to do so

19.        Must be able to show photo
identification if requested

20.        If you choose at any time, during the
ride, not to complete the entire course or
have a breakdown during the ride, you are
required to sign out at the ending point of the
ride. This is for safety and accountability.
